La villa Colle di San Gemignano è situata da sola su una collina, circondata da un ampio oliveto con piscina e solarium in legno, in sintonia con la natura.

Large portion of stone country house located on the Hills North of Lucca, 10 km far from the center, in a quite and panoramic position. The house is 200 sm. wifi internet. 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 5+2 people. Private garden and parking. Ground floor living room, dining area and kitchen. First floor two double bedrooms sharing one full bathroom. Second floor huge bedroom with one double bed and one single bed with ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separated shower.
