Welcome! This Aggieland home is affectionately called “The Garden House,” and we are delighted to share it with you! This warm & welcoming space is freshly renovated and ready to host guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

This two bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes away from Texas A&M. The two private bedrooms feature brand new, comfortable mattresses and bedding, and one bedroom includes a desk for remote work. You won't believe how close our Airbnb is to everything in B/CS while being tucked away in what feels like a peaceful forest oasis! 3 mi to Kyle Field! Y'all feel totally at home in our space whether you're sipping coffee in the covered porch w/ cafe lights, lounging on the oversized couch watching the game, or sitting around the fireplace in the large backyard. Guests are required to esign Liability Waiver before arriving to property.

Our Aggieland retreat is minutes from Texas A&M and has been renovated for your enjoyment. Close to shopping in the heart of College Station, this charming house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet isn't far from the action at Kyle Field, Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park or Reed Arena. We've recently added in some major upgrades to the house including additional parking, new flooring, a metal roof, a covered back porch with patio furniture and built in dishwasher.
