Welcome! This Aggieland home is affectionately called “The Garden House,” and we are delighted to share it with you! This warm & welcoming space is freshly renovated and ready to host guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

The perfect place to relax and unwind! Our brand new home offers an open kitchen floor plan, dedicated office area, two bedrooms each with private bathrooms. The community amenities include the resort style pool, jacuzzi, workout room, game room, covered picnic table, and outdoor TV along with an outdoor BBQ Grill. Enchanted Oaks Cottage and private pool

A&M & Kyle Field 12 min and 20 min Santa's Wonderland. Horse riding lessons available. On 10 acres, Trees, pond. Private guest house with great room, pool table, pool with slide, CHILD PROOF Doors, covered patio, large TV inside & outside. Big kitchen granite island separate bedroom w/king bed and 4 bunk beds in the great room. Sleeps 6 people or 7 if you bring blowup mattress. Large fire pit and gas grill. Fireworks allowed. Aggieland Game Day Retreat Near Campus

Our Aggieland retreat is minutes from Texas A&M and has been renovated for your enjoyment. Close to shopping in the heart of College Station, this charming house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet isn't far from the action at Kyle Field, Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park or Reed Arena. We've recently added in some major upgrades to the house including additional parking, new flooring, a metal roof, a covered back porch with patio furniture and built in dishwasher.

Relaxing updated 1796 sq ft home perfect for hanging out or grilling by the backyard unheated pool (no hot tub or spa) on a quiet cul-du-sac. The master bedroom has an on-suite, private deck, and king bed, and each of the other 3 bedrooms has a queen bed. 6 miles from Kyle Field; 3.7 miles from the free Game Day shuttle. Easy access to all major roads, but still in a laid-back neighborhood. Close to 4 parks, major shopping, bowling, laser tag, restaurants, and more.

Marilyn: 1st Floor 2 Bdrm, Walk to A&M, King Beds

This two-bedroom, stylish apartment with KING beds is easy walking distance to campus...and even shorter walk to the restaurants and shopping at Northgate. Sink into the sectional sofa and enjoy streaming your favorites on the 55" TV. This unit is on the Bryan side of campus, so it is convenient for events across Bryan/College Station, and especially those on campus at Texas A&M. The unit boasts brand new appliances, including washer and dryer.

The Carriage House - Secluded, Clean, and Serene

Our guesthouse is a clean, contemporary space with a touch of traditional character. You will be amazed by the impressive view and refreshed by the relaxing atmosphere. It will quickly feel like home! Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. We are committed to our guests' safety and will do our best to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
