Talulah - Apollo Bay Tiny Stays is a self contained tiny house tucked away on an 18 acre hobby farm around the rolling hills of Apollo Bay. Come & visit our menagerie of animals including our gorgeous highland cows. Enjoy the easy 1km walk to the soft sandy beach, local restaurants & town centre. After a day exploring and enjoying the local vibes, come back to Tiny Stays to disconnect while taking in the views and sounds of nature around the outdoor fire leading into the clear starry night.

The Cottage @ Kambrook Dairy

Don't book a bed, book an experience!! Sit back on the deck and enjoy views of the whole Apollo Bay valley and ocean. Watch the cows come home, whilst being ideally located close to the beach and shops. Relax during your time in Apollo Bay at The Cottage with beautiful light modern decor, vaulted ceilings and quality finishes thru out. Stone and brushed brass feature in the kitchen, with amazing picture windows capturing the superb views of the surrounding hills, ocean and farm life.

Otway Ridge Farm & Forest

Ideally located in Lavers Hill, in the heart of the Great Otways National Park and just off Great Ocean Road, Otway Ridge Farm & Forest is a beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom farm house, big enough to accommodate a family but cosy enough for a romantic getaway for two. Explore the 60 acre property at your leisure, highlights include the glow worms in our very own 'Glow Worm Gully' and 40 acres of private temperate rainforest. A short drive to all that Great Ocean Road has to offer.

The Barn

The Barn is a bright, well-appointed studio which offers beautiful surrounds in a fully self-contained space. Explore our 50 acre property including your own forest. Located in the quiet hamlet of Deans Marsh, the hinterland of Lorne. Just a stroll to The Store cafe. Only 20 minutes to Lorne with the Otways at your doorstep. Other attractions include bush walking, local wineries, bird watching and mountain bike rides. Although the main house is adjacent, your privacy is assured.

Croft Birregurra -

Situated at the foothills of the stunning Otway Ranges, Croft House is a stylish three-bedroom property overlooking rolling farmland on the edge of Birregurra. Croft is a 5 minute drive to Brae restaurant and a 7 minute walk to the main street with boutiques, the Birregurra Grocer and the Royal Mail Hotel. The area is known for its award-winning food and wine as well as pristine rainforests and beaches just down the road. Croft house is within easy access to the Great Ocean Road.

The perfect place to relax and unwind or to base yourself while exploring the Otways and the Great Ocean Road.

Long Tide Retreat - where the forest meets the sea

A dreamy and cozy space that’s a true cabin in the woods. Long Tide retreat is the most magical space to rest, reconnect & recharge. Set amongst lush, green open lawns and tall majestic rainforest, the barn is perched a few hundred metres above sea level, giving truly epic ocean views. There’s a calm energy from the open spaces and surrounding forest. A vast expanse of land, sea & sky merge with the earthy and warm tones of the cozy barn style house.

Great Ocean Road Hinterland Queen Room 1

We offer self contained accommodation on our property in the Carlisle River Valley behind the busy tourist route between Lavers Hill and Port Campbell. Enjoy spacious and private surrounds, the stars at night and bird life by day in this tranquil setting. During your stay, you are welcome to explore the large surrounding garden created over the last 30 years by your hosts. This accommodation is offered to adults only.

Boonahview Accommodation

Boonahview is a self-contained accommodation located high up in the Otways on a working sheep farm. Enjoy uninterrupted 180 degree views from every window. Stunning! A short 20-30 minute drive to Lorne and The Great Ocean Road. Nb currently no oven. The accomodation is seperate from the main house and is in tank water only .. which is drinkable. The heating is a wood fire for those cold days/nights.

Valley View @ Apollo Bay Ridge, best views in town

Surrounded by nature, yet a stones throw from all the local cafes and hot spots in Apollo Bay, Apollo Bay Ridge provides the perfect spot for a romantic weekend getaway or a mid-week treat! The Valley View Villa is situated in a quiet, natural setting with soaring views over the rolling hills and forests of Apollo Bay. Private and peaceful, it is one of only two villas on our property.
