The first level contains main bedroom, bathroom, spacious kitchen and living/dining area. There is a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. The main living area opens to a private courtyard with 6 person outdoor setting. Upstairs on the second level offers 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with bath and shower. There is also a study nook at the top of the stairs.
