All beds are in air conditioned rooms & the property also has a sofa bed in the lounge room, which can be made to sleep two more if required. The property is located one house back from the esplanade, on a raised corner block looking out over Coffin Bay.

Welcome to our Boho styled countryside Bnb. It is just over 1km from the CBD and foreshore. Our fully fenced 1.3 acre garden/yard makes a wonderful place for children and pets to play on the lawn and Swings. It features outdoor living with a large deck and BBQ and seating under the trees too. The rural outlook features Winter Hill lookout and a glimpse of the sea down through Happy Valley. Sand-boards and boogie boards are also available to use too
