The Coach House is a converted coach house and stables. Downstairs, it has a 42 square metre open-plan living space, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living area. There is even a small pool table. Upstairs, bedroom 1 has a double bed and views of Severn Estuary towards Wales. Bedroom two also has a double bed doubling as an office with a large oak table. The bathroom has a shower and bath. The walls are decorated with our art work including many of local places you may like to visit.

Carefully designed and built with eco materials to minimise the impact on wildlife. Enjoy sunset views or star gazing from the porch. Lovely walks on the footpaths through the fields and woodlands straight from the cabin. Stroll down to the village pubs alongside the river Yeo at the bottom of our field. Hopefully you'll be able to see our resident barn owl.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

A beautifully converted barn with a contemporary feel next to a 17th century cider house set in the middle of 12 acres of gardens and ancient orchards. Ideal for those who enjoy modern comforts and luxurious touches such as 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding, top quality feather pillows (with hypo-allergenic pillows on request) and bathrobes combined with the peace of the beautiful Somerset countryside. Perfect for dog lovers, with great walks from the house and in the grounds.

The Welsh Gatehouse is a beautiful historic house with modern amenities. Imagine staying in a fairy tale castle built in 1270. The thick walls, ancient windows & steep spiral staircase say 'history'. Situated in an elevated position in the pretty Somerset village of Compton Martin near Wells, nestling in the beautiful Mendip countryside and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With far reaching views of Chew Valley and Blagdon lakes, you're also close to Wells, Bath, Bristol and Weston-super-Mare. This delightful accommodation is just a stone's throw from the extremely popular village pub.

Cottage retreat by the seaside

This private cottage is in the heart of Clevedon with easy access to the Clevedon beach front from great coastal walks and to visit our Grade 1* pier. There are also some lovely local restaurants to choose from if you do not want to cook. Great for couples, business travellers and families (with kids who like sofa beds). There is a nice TV, WiFi and we are about to install a wood burner to compliment the air conditioning system for the cottage venting in the bedroom and living space.

The early 18C cottage is a part of our home but totally self contained. It retains many of the features of the time and is full of character. The two doubles are a good size and have wardrobes and shelving. Both have tea and coffee making facilities. The property enjoys two bathrooms; each close to the each of the bedrooms. There is a large lounge with a wood burning stove, ample seating, TV/DVD player and a piano. The large kitchen has a range, microwave cooker and dishwasher.
