Waverly Cottage is a charming comfortable apartment in a peaceful country setting just 10 minutes South of Natchez. 1 Queen Bed with memory foam mattress comfortably sleeps two adults. Loveseat pulls out to sleep additional small adult or child. I am happy to accept small pets (under 20 lbs.) must be crated when left alone. Full kitchen features everything you need to cook up a gourmet meal. Enjoy a cozy sitting area with 42in. Satellite TV, includes Wi-Fi, Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

Peaceful Getaway

Peaceful Getaway in the country, 15 min from Winnsboro. Right off main hwy, 3 minutes to grocery store, 20 minutes to Walmart. In between Monroe, LA & Natchez, MS - both cities one hour away. Great to visit them & come back to a tranquil setting away from the city noise. 20 minutes from fishing! Apartment is attached to our home. It has private entrance. There is WI-FI and Smart TV, no cable. We provide kitchen so you can make your own breakfast. Guests can remain completely secluded or visit!

The Governess Suite at Lansdowne

Spacious two room apartment on second floor of 1853 dependency originally used as a school room and governess's private quarters. Completely renovated in 2017-2018, with fully stocked kitchen, dining area and comfy sleeper sofa for socializing or extra guest. Bedroom has Queen bed, sitting area, and bath with marble tiled walk-in shower. Ceiling fans in both rooms and on large private gallery - great for morning coffee or tea, listening to birds, or watching fireflies in spring and summer.

The home features all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi. The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and desk area for work. There is also a cozy living room and dining area. My place is close to Okissa Lake, Clearsprings Recreational area, city of Natchez, and the Natchez Trace.. it is only 2 1/2 hours from New Orleans, or less than 2 hours from Baton Rouge. You’ll love our place because the property is located in the middle of the Homochitto National Forest. It is secluded and quiet. No plane, train, or automobile noise.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
