The Sassy Stone house, a quaint space that is full of character from top to bottom, was once a Wine Bar and Coffee shop it has now has been converted back to a charming rental space. The home is centrally located in Clarkston, next to Tri-State Hospital and not far from any place in the LC Valley. The house has two sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully stocked. It is perfect for medical and business professionals! Please ask about dates, I have more days available then show on the calendar.

High quality wifi included so you don’t have to worry about connection for work or play. The front porch is the best place to hang out, enjoy the view, play yard games or watch the deer walk by. Private one bedroom apt. overlooking the Snake River. Semi rural area just across the river from Lewiston, Id. There are no steps and we have ample off street parking. Just 10 minutes from the Lewiston airport. The apt. features a small living room with a double recliner, small dining table with 2 chairs, a kitchenette with fridge, sink and microwave. There is no stove/oven but we do have a dbl hot plate, toaster oven and lots of kitchen cooking gadgets. Bedroom with Queen bed, bath w/shower.

Fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, Washer/Dryer downstairs, a/c and heat, keypad entry. You will have access to entire place besides the downstairs supply closet under the stairs. Patio has a dining table and seating area.

Full kitchen, laundry area with washer & dryer, 2 comfortable bedrooms & a nice sitting area with a 50” HD tv. Fenced backyard. Pets may be accepted with an extra fee upon approval (see our pet policy).

Potential for hearing/being heard by other guests. If you are looking for complete privacy and quiet in regards to noise, this residence may not meet your needs.
