Plus we are located an easy 2 minute drive into the Fig tree lined main street of Sawtell, with cafe's, boutique shopping and beaches.

The Anchorage is a centrally located, self-contained 2 bedroom apartment in Sawtell. It has lovely ocean views with direct access to beautiful Middle Arm Creek and Bonville Creeks. The apartment offers a 5 minute level stroll to the main street of Sawtell, a vibrant little town with more than its fair share of cool cafes, a pub, restaurants, a cinema, chemist and boutique shopping. It is also a short stroll to Bonville Headland.

With only one neighbour, it feels incredibly private, peaceful, and open. The home is family-friendly, featuring 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a garage full of surfboards, kayaks, and fishing rods.
