There is a well stocked shop and excellent pub within walking distance. There are endless footpaths, hills, trails and even bouldering on your doorstep. The accommodation is of a very high standard and sleeps 4.

'Garn Yam' (Cumbrian Dialect for - Going Home)fully modernised beautiful traditional little Lakeland cottage that sleeps 2, with a gorgeous living room and kitchen to relax in front of the wood burning stove flicking away, whilst you talk about how wonderful the days walk has been. 'Garn Yam' is tucked away up a quiet lane where we have a dedicated car parking space on the road by the cottage just in front of the grassed communal area , with Ambleside just being a short 2 minute walk away

The Lady of the Lake is a cosy cottage with stunning views across Lake Windermere to the hills. The cottage provides the perfect base to relax and explore the Lake District and all it has to offer, from Horse Riding to Hiking, Boat Trips, Cycling and many more activities. The Lady of the Lake has a private parking space, a shared private jetty, and is ideally situated just a 15 minute walk from Windermere train station and centre where you will find an array of shops and traditional pubs.

Enjoy peace, privacy and panoramic views from this 17th-century grade two listed cottage with beautiful fellside garden. Situated on the edge of Hartsop, a tiny and tranquil hamlet at the foot of Kirkstone Pass, Green Bank is a gem of a rural getaway, with stunning walks in fells - low and high level - and around lakes from the garden gate. A popular holiday let since the 1990s with many repeat visitors, Green Bank used to be managed by an agency and has relatively recently come to AirBnB.

Converted Barn, Patterdale in the Lake District

Welcome to Crook a Beck Barn, Patterdale a former Cart Barn which we lovingly restored during 2017. The Barn is located on the original coach road in the hamlet of Crook a Beck, next to the village of Patterdale, in the heart of the Lake District, in one of the most beautiful Lake District valleys. During peak season - April to the end of October, 7 nights minimum stay with a Friday changeover. Short breaks may be available so please drop us a message to ask!

The Wash House is an historic cottage on one floor hidden 100m above the centre of Ambleside. Once a wash house, then a sculptor's studio, the Wash House has now been cleverly converted to provide everything needed for a perfect holiday in quite a small space!
