Welcome to this privately situated unit constructed in 2020 with modern furnishings providing comfort and relaxation. The open plan living includes a fully equipped kitchen with a generous sized breakfast bar adjacent to the lounge area with a large smart TV. This space opens out to an undercover courtyard area being the perfect space to wind down. A dedicated parking space is on the property directly in front of the home. Situated centrally in Devonport which is the hub of the North West coast.

On the bank of the Don River, just 15 minutes from Devonport, the two bedroom unit attached to our home has a private entrance, two queen beds with an extra single bed and/or cot on request. If reserving for 1 or 2 guests, only one bedroom will be accessible unless communicated at the time of booking. The unit has fridge, microwave, coffee machine and dining setting. BBQ in the undercover courtyard for guests. Continental breakfast included. New kitchen with dishwasher installed August 2026

You’re also welcome to dine at the PH Kitchen, just a short walk away, serving nourishing food, coffee, and treats Wednesday to Saturday, 10 AM to 4 PM—crafted with care right here on the estate.

Federation style and spacious home is one of the best locations in Devonport; only 5-10 minute WALKING distance to the CBD, the beach,restaurants, supermarket & cafes.Only 2 minutes from our main walking track which connects shops, the river & our two main beaches. The Villa is a best place to see the New Year firework & Christmas celebration with friends and family. We have 2 bathrooms just friendly reminder that 1 is shower room and 1 has a bath tub.Wild Mersey Mountain bike track is nearby.
