Chill at the cosy Fisherman's Cottage by the Sea

While away leisurely evenings on the intimate deck with rustic wooden benches at a tranquil cottage in popular Island Wall. Pared-back neutral decor and subtle coastal accents blend with the period features, from barn-style doors, hardwood floors and a wood burner for those cosy nights in. (Please let me know in advance if you want logs ordered) Modern features to compliment, super fast broadband, smart TVs, nest heating. Please note for those with mobility issues these fisherman cottages have steeper stairs than normal and the only bathroom (no shower) is off one of the bedrooms . Our cosy fishermans cottage has everything you will need for a chilled and relaxing stay by the beach. You will enter the cottage through the barn style front door that lead into a small hallway with a fairly steep staircase ( normal for these types of properties) to the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs? The sitting room to the front of the cottage have deep comfortable sofas (separate bed for your dog if required) for watching SKYQ tv or listening to music on the Roberts radio. The cottage is warm and there is a log burner that can be used on a chilly days. The separate dining room has a wooden table that seats 6 people. The large cupboards house crockery and cutlery and the cupboard under the stairs has lounging chairs for the beach. The well equipped kitchen houses a large fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave, washing machine and dryer and a barn style door that leads out to a private walled decking area with seating. Complimentary tea and coffee will be provided. There are 2 large double bedrooms with comfortable brass beds in each room. All windows have modern shutters that block out any light for lie-ins. All fresh white linen and a choice of pillows in either feather, foam or tempura. One bedroom has a wardrobe with hangers and space for cases and both have bedside cabinets and lighting. The second bedroom leads into the bathroom with a roll top bath and shower . Towels, toilet paper, shower gel and lotion are all provided. The famous Windys is 30 seconds from the front door, serving breakfast and lunch 7 days a week. Watch the sunset every evening whilst sipping a cocktails outside the Neptune pub which is directly on the beach . The harbour with its fabulous restaurants and local arts and crafts is less than a 10 minute walk along the beach. Noise can travel between these fishermans cottages, so please be mindful of your neighbours especially when out in the garden.

The Lodge, Puddledock

Puddledock Lodge is a small cosy lodge,based on a small campsite near Canterbury. situated at the end of a private driveway, next to woodland, close by my own home. To the rear of the site in an old barn is our small classic vehicle restoration business that makes unusual vehicles to stay in like our horsebox lorry & waggon hut sited around the pond. The Lodge is the perfect escape with woodland walks though the wild camping area and countryside.It’s within easy reach of beaches & attractions.

The White Chalet, Whitstable.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place with free off road parking onsite. It's within walking distance to the town, beaches and railway station. The chalet is located at the end of the owners garden with a private and secluded seating area. The chalet has a King size bed which can be separated to 2 singles, Smart TV, WIFI, Kitchenette and bathroom suite. There's nothing like knowing you have the whole day and evening to enjoy Whitstable NO Smoking anywhere, inside or Out!!

With its own private entrance, secluded courtyard & just minutes from the sea, this beautifully appointed cabin is perfect for couples looking for a peaceful break in the seaside town of Whitstable. Renovated in 2024, The Hytte is fully air conditioned with an en-suite bathroom, kitchen area and breakfast bar which doubles as a work space if needed. It also benefits from dedicated WiFi and 32 inch TV with Netflix, Prime and other channels.

Jungle Cabin. Hot tub. 4 poster bed. Near Coast.

Super cozy stilted luxury cabin with ‘hotsprings’ hot tub set in a garden dominated by Palms, Bamboos, Tree Ferns and other exotic planting creating a Jungle feel. Being hand built by the owner, this space really is a absolute one off. Everyone that visits, remarks that they ‘feel like there abroad’. A gorgeous kitchen sits adjacent to the lounge with 1 of 2 log burners. The bathroom has an extremely ‘high end’ feel to it. The lower level reveals an enormous hand crafted 4 poster bed.

Cosy coastal hideaway with garden sauna

A quiet, coastal retreat, perfect for a break, with seaside walks and cosy pubs a short stroll away. Treat yourself to a relaxing sauna with bracing cold plunge in the garden spa. This is paid for separately. Enjoy Whitstable's great restaurants and trendy cafes. Alba Lodge is a double height space, designed with sustainability in mind. Drift off to sleep in the king size bed. Freshen up in the large walk in shower. Sauna and cold plunge is £30 per couple, per session.

Cosy, pet-friendly annex on our secluded free-hold in the beautiful countryside of Kent, located just 10 minutes from the Channel Tunnel and 20 minutes from Dover Ferry Port. Wake up to the sound of Bertie the rooster announcing a new day! Relax in the garden watching Dudley the donkey or enjoy a brisk country walk along the many public footpaths in our area - perfect for dog walkers. If you fancy a day trip, you can be in London within an hour or Canterbury in 20 minutes.

Hop Pickers Retreat is found in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) on the Kent and East Sussex border. Tidal Cabin - seaside themed cabin in Herne Bay

We look forward to hosting you in our cosy, seaside-themed cabin set in our garden. Suitable for couples or friends as there's also a sofa bed if needed (please advise at the time of booking). (Please note we are unable to accept children under 12.) Perfect as a base for exploring the local area of Herne Bay with great trails for bikes/walks and runners. A welcome basket for a light breakfast is provided, along with teas, coffee and milk/juice.

The Annexe Close to Dover Port

The Annexe is a stylish, 2 bed, family friendly property, 5 minute drive from Dover Port and Dover Castle, Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children or 2 Adults. The property consists of 1 King Bedroom and 1 very small box bedroom with bunk beds, Open plan kitchen and living area, Shower room and Patio garden area. The property is based at the rear of the main house and access is via a gravel path.
