Quiet and sunny holiday flat in the heart of upper Engadin, 20 min car or train drive to St.Moritz. The flat offers a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a separate sleeping room. Totally there are three options for sleeping, a double bed (160x200), a daybed that can be extended for two kids or teens (2x80x200) and a bed sofa in the living room (140x200). However the flat is ideal for two adults and 1-2 kids. The flat has been renovated in 2024 and got fully refurbished.

You can also relax and enjoy the sun on the large and terrace with a view of Livigno's mountains. Wi-Fi is available for free. This accommodation is ideal for families and couples, but no pets are allowed.

Holiday in the lovely Engadin 1

My apartment is near the village centre in an old traditional Engadin style house. You will love it because it's a quiet neighbourhood and cosily furnished. The apartment can host 2-4 people. The bedroom has a double bed and in the living room you can use a comfortable sofa bed to fit two more people. In the kitchen you will find a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils to prepare the traditional Swiss cheese dishes called "Fondue" and "Raclette", and everything else for your convenience.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig in einem Zweifamilienhaus im Grünen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgerüstet hat aber kein Geschirrspüler. Die Wohnung liegt in der nähe vom Bahnhof, Busstation, Nationalparkmuseum und Sportzentrum. Im Winter kann man direkt vor dem Haus auf die Langlaufloipe. Achtung! Cozy and bright studio apartment equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay in Engadin. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny area and is distinguished by its warm and well-finished style. It is a five-minute walk from the Marguns ski lifts, which lead to the St. Moriz ski area. Both in summer and winter, it is the perfect base for walks and sports activities (cross-country skiing, ice skating, cycling, tennis, golf, fishing) in the region.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.
