LITTLE PARK ANNEXE is in a rural location on a quiet country lane in Abbotts Ann village. Built in Jan 2025, Little Park Annexe provides brand new, ground floor, self catering accommodation within the grounds of owners home. All finished to a high standard with countryside views. Extensive landscaping project on owners garden / driveway recently completed. Free parking available. Adjoining barn providing large seating area / big screen viewing is available for hire by separate negotiation.

Little Ashbrook is a newly renovated annex adjacent to our main home, on the edge of the pretty Hampshire village of Abbotts Ann. Just 5 minutes walk to 2 village pubs and an excellent award-winning, well stocked village shop and post office. Conveniently located to explore Iron Age forts, Stonehenge, Avebury, the bustling market town of Stockbridge, the Cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury, the New Forest and the South Coast. London Waterloo is an hour by train. A perfect escape!

The Hayloft, a spacious and charming period barn

The Hayloft is a stunning, converted early 19th century barn with old wooden beams and period charm. It sits in the pretty village of Hurstbourne Tarrant in the heart of the Test Valley surrounded by beautiful countryside providing walks on the famous Test Way. There are some great local pubs close by. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the Bombay Sapphire Distillery are all near, as well as the quaint market towns of Stockbridge and Hungerford and the ancient cathedral city of Winchester.

The Little Forge

Enjoy a relaxing break in the heart of the beautiful Pewsey Vale. The Little Forge is set on a quiet lane at the edge of the friendly village of Pewsey, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Enjoy countryside walks in the beautiful surroundings or explore the mystical Avebury, the market town of Marlborough or the pretty villages along the Kennet and Avon Canal. At the end of the day cozy up in front of the log burner or spend the evening in one of the local pubs or restaurants.

Detached, private guest suite in rural Wiltshire

A newly built, light and airy detached en-suite room above a double garage, with its own private entrance, in the grounds of our period thatched cottage. In a charming village, and our own one acre mature garden, the room has its own private elevated deck with a table and chairs. There is also access to the garden and other seating areas and summer house. There is a super delicatessen close by. There are 2 pubs approx 10 min walk, and another in next village about 2 miles away.

Peaceful private annexe with far-reaching views

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

The Old Stables, Derrydown Farm

A spacious cottage - two bedroom, three bathroom - converted from old stables - part of a 15th century traditional Hampshire farmstead in a tranquil edge-of-village setting in the iconic Bourne Valley. Two local pubs and village shop plus historic 12th century church within a 10 minute walk along flat footpaths. One guest described St Mary Bourne as a "Miss Marple village". Anyway it's perfect for a get-away-from-it-all weekend or midweek break.

A rebuilt, peaceful, family & dog-friendly oak cottage set in the north-west Hampshire Downs (AONB). It is surrounded by lovely country, walks, beautiful cycling routes, easy access to traditional country pubs, golf courses and close proximity to the Test Valley (Stockbridge & its world-renowned chalk-stream trout fishing), Stonehenge, Andover, Winchester & Romsey. The cottage itself is also highly sustainable being all electric with solar panels.
