This apartment is located on a quiet street downtown. The bus stops right in front of the apartment. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked. Stop by the coffee and tea zone and help yourself! There's a nice patio in the back and a huge clean bathroom with a bathtub. Everything is cleaned daily for your comfort. There is street parking available, but you'll have to look around. Room for 1 person only. Small but very comfortable room in century home in Toronto in Annex/ Harbord Village area near U of T and some of the best restaurants and bars of Toronto. Immaculately clean with very comfortable double bed and desk facing leafy street view. Paid street parking is available which host can show you. Guests should not bring in friends /other guests to the house without speaking to me. This is generally discouraged due to space constraints.

The Green Room (with no kitchen or laundry but with a small fridge, kettle & coffee maker) is spacious and beautifully decorated. We are a 5 minutes walk to the subway and everything is in this area - all types of restaurants, cafes, a mall, trendy stores, etc. If you like to walk, you can walk downtown, to Chinatown, Koreatown, the UofT, even High Park. I love meeting people from all over and will be available to talk and help you out as needed.

Private Room in Downtown Toronto RM2

This room is for ONE person only. Your room is on the 3rd floor and is air-conditioned in the summer. We have a shared bathroom on the 2nd floor. This bathroom is not for bathing - we have a renovated bathroom in the basement for showering. We supply soap, towels, etc. You may use our microwave and kettle, but we prefer little to no use of the stove. This is a case-by-case basis so please let us know if you intend to cook in our space.
