The inn's doors opened the same day the first chairlift went up Stark Mountain.

Welcome to the White Horse Apartment: your home base for exploring the Mad River Valley. This spacious and inviting retreat accommodates up to four guests with a queen bed and two twin beds, making it perfect for families or small groups hitting the nearby slopes or hiking scenic trails. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, dining table, private bathroom, free WiFi and a 60" TV. Take advantage of the shared common spaces, including the living room, game room, and large dining area.

Family Unit 2 Bedroom Apartment- Mad River Lodge

The Family units offer living rooms, fully stocked kitchens and two private bedrooms in more of a home-like space. They are great for larger groups and longer stays. Each bedroom has a queen bed with an additional sectional (NON sleeper) sofa in the living room. They are also equipped with a 50'' flat panel HDTV, and free WiFi. Our Family units are the perfect places to stay if you're planning a lengthy family vacation.

Honeymoon King w/ Fireplace | VT

Escape to a romantic Vermont retreat with a king bed, an indoor fireplace, and rustic charm. This spacious suite includes a private patio, tub/shower combo, WiFi, mini fridge, and YouTube TV, perfect for relaxing after a day in the Mad River Valley. A dreamy spot for honeymoons or cozy getaways. Note: access requires stairs.

Standard+(#22) 1 Queen & 1 Sofa- Mad River Lodge

Standard Plus Room 22 is one of our favorite units, located on the third floor in a loft space without neighbors on either side. The room has a queen bed in a separate bedroom with a skylight and vaulted ceilings in the living room with a sectional sofa and a dining table that seats 4 plus a 3/4 size refrigerator.

Standard(#20) 1 Queen & 1 Futon - Mad River Lodge

Our Standard units have two possible arrangements: 1) They have an extremely comfortable queen bed and a separate room with a futon sitting area. 2) They have one queen bed with a futon next to the bed. Every Standard unit has a private bathroom, mini-fridge, 50'' flat panel HDTV and free WiFi.
