We are 12 minutes to Vergennes restaurants and shops, 25 minutes to Middlebury and 45 minutes to Burlington

Tots Cabin

A four-bedroom century old cabin that was completely rebuilt in 2011 with every modern convenience and 200mbps wifi; located in a private cove on Lake Champlain. The house has four bedrooms (2Q, 1F, 2T) and two bathrooms. The living room is open to the kitchen & has twin french doors open to our oversized screen porch with epic water views. The property has a private sandy beach with great deep water swimming - access in shallows is clay and silt bottom however.

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and a sup.
