Park car at my place and I’ll drive you to the beginning of the trail. I am also 5 miles from Wild Mountain ski resort and 10 miles from Trollhaugen. Or into wine, three vineyards within 20 minutes and bead shop.

It provides 2 queen beds, 1 full bed and 2 twin beds. North Center Lake is one of the chain of lakes is Chisago County and is known for great bass fishing.

River Song Cottage * quiet retreat

River Song Cottage is nestled along the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway, near downtown St. Croix Falls. Our home includes 2 bedrooms (1: queen bed, 2: twin over full bunk + twin trundle), 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, open dining and living room area, and a large deck that overlooks the St. Croix River. The wooded area between our yard and the river is National Park Service land. Public walking paths can be accessed through the visitor center next door.

Yurt-Style Tent at Stone Creek Farm

1 of 4 campsites on the farm, this yurt-style tent has all you need to enjoy camping without the work! The campsite includes a picnic table, BBQ grill and fire pit. There is a self composting toilet on site. Camp carts available to bring gear out. Drinking water is available from the hose out by the high tunnel. It is about a quarter mile walk to the site.
