The Basu Villa is a beautiful architectural collaboration between Rajiv Kathpalia and the celebrated Balkrishna Doshi, a Pritzker Laureate known for his pioneering work in Indian architecture. This serene residence was designed specifically for a retired couple, with unique attention to the needs of both the wife, a writer, and her husband, involved in media. Located in the peaceful Sector 8 of Gandhinagar, the villa's design centres around a Mango Tree, symbolising both nature and rootedness.
