There is everything you need for a relaxing break with hot tub and lake views. There is a family bathroom and the master bedroom has an ensuite. The lounge, dining and kitchen are open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size dishwasher. The large decking has a private sunken hot tub with views over the lake. A perfect base to explore from, rural walks directly from the door, Cowdray farm shop, Polo and pub a mile away.

Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

Wisteria Lodge, a self-contained unit with spa

Wisteria Lodge, is an annex to our home, an ideal location for exploring the South Coast and nearby National Parks. It is self-contained with its own front door, fast wifi ,complementary bottle of Prosecco and sole use of the spa. An ideal base if you are working in the Chichester or Portsmouth area. There is plenty of off-street parking. Chichester and Langstone Harbours are an attractive 15 minute walk. Come and relax and take advantage of the many amenities the local area has to offer.

The Old School House Liphook - hot tub & tennis ct

The Old School House is a traditional and cosy one bedroom detached cottage in the grounds of our home on the western edge of Liphook village in Hampshire. Easy car access, just off the A3 and south of the Hindhead tunnel. The village has a train station. Situated in the South Downs National Park and ideally located for the market towns of Haslemere, Farnham, Petersfield and Alton, it is only 25 minutes from Goodwood. Great countryside and lots on offer locally for holiday or break.
