Set in Arundel in the West Sussex region, Rife Lodge offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi and free private parking, The lodge has a hot tub. The lodge comes with a equipped kitchen with stove and air fryer, a dining table, flat-screen TV with satellite and a private bathroom with shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. The lodges also feature a patio with open views and beautiful sunsets. Ford Train Station is 0.3 miles from the Lodge, while Goodwood Motor Circuit is 11 miles from the lodge.

Studio/Cabin with en-suite shower and toilet, kitchen with microwave, fridge, small oven, toaster, kettle, cups and plates provided. Freeview TV, bed linen and towels heating and hot water included. Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

Previously sited elsewhere, the cabin has recently been upgraded to a more sustainable way of living, off-grid, and now surrounded by seamless views of tranquility and peace, nature and spectacular sunsets. Local wildlife treats include sheep, cows, displays by pheasants, random hare playing, deer running by, and potential sightings of owls. A truly unique getaway with easy access to the South Downs Way.

Sofa in lounge is a pull out double bed. Private garden with sun deck. Off-street parking. Within a short walk to the sea and the local village. Surrounded by beautiful coastal and country walks. Small convenience store at end of the road, but only a short walk from the Selsey village. Plenty to visit in the local area.

On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.
