It is a very attractive modern detached house in a quiet location on the north/east side of Chichester with free parking and views over Goodwood motor racing circuit and the South Downs. We are 5 minutes walk from St Richard's hospital. Also easily accessed from the A27 and a 20 minute walk to Chichester city centre. A cosy and comfortable double room with a shared bathroom. The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen.
