Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

Suitable for all travelers who would like to have experience lives with locals as well as people come for business and need a quiet place to relax after a long day. Our cozy house on Wualai Road, right near the South Gate and Old Town. It’s set in a quiet neighborhood that’s easy to walk around, local market nearby for food & snacks. This is a standalone sleepout with its own private bathroom, two single beds, microwave, kettle, utensils for preparing simple meals. Indoor smoking is strictly not allowed, though you’re welcome to smoke outside in the garden. No washing machine on-site, you’ll find convenient laundromats nearby.
