The Little Barn -beautiful country getaway

The Little Barn is set in one and a half acres of paddock in beautiful countryside near National Trust jewel-Waddesdon Manor. A stylish two bedroom barn - perfect for a tranquil getaway. Near the historic village of Quainton, with its pub on the green, village shop and windmill, there are many rural walks or enjoy our paddock with small orchard and bee hives. The Little Barn is ideal for 2 couples or a family. As well as 2 bedrooms , there is a sofabed in the living room and single trestle bed.

The Stables, Middle Barton

Middle Barton is located in the picturesque Oxfordshire countryside on the doorstep of the Cotswolds, close to Bicester Village, Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse and Oxford. The small self contained annex building is located in owners private garden. The property boasts a double bedroom upstairs and downstairs includes a living room with double sofa bed, tv, wifi, tea, coffee and toast making facilities and a mini fridge. A downstairs shower room includes a toilet, wash basin and shower cubicle.

Wisteria Lodge

Self contained, detached annex in the lovely, peaceful village of Croughton. Separate bathroom with power shower and kitchen facilities such as fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The village has a pub (The Blackbird), Co-op shop and tea room. We are around 3 miles from Brackley a local market town which offers, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, takeaways etc. We are approx. 2 miles from Aynho Park and the Great Barn at Aynho - fantastic Wedding venues. We are 15 mins from Silverstone.

The barn is set in the large garden of an old farm house in the historical Village of Kings Sutton, and has been tastefully converted in to a modern living space. The accommodation comprises: Large kitchen sitting room, with WIFI and Connected TV. A mezzanine bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2 or 2 +baby in cot) A small seperate bedroom that can be laid out as a King or 2 single beds A small tasteful bathroom and a utility room. Use of our garden with own outside dining area.

Located in the lovely village of Launton which is just 2 miles from the market town of Bicester which boasts 2 train stations with fast links to London, and the prestigious Bicester village outlet shopping centre. Launton village itself has a butchers, deli /farmshop, shop and 2 pubs. The property is walking distance to all of these and also easy walking reach of the Tythe barn. Launton is a fantastic location to explore the Cotswolds, visit Oxford and to visit Blenheim palace.

A great base for relaxing & visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Diddly Squat Farm Shop & The Farmer's Dog, Blenheim Palace or Bicester Village. Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

Private entrance, workspace/Wi-Fi, parking, lovely countryside view, includes breakfast provisions. A comfortable base for working professionals or those travelling/sightseeing. Underfloor heating ensures comfort in colder weather. Sofa-bed not made up by default, advise in advance if needed. Estelle Manor 1.5 miles, Woodstock/Blenheim Palace/Witney 5 miles, Kidlington 7 miles, Oxford 10 miles & Bicester Village is located fairly nearby. Cheltenham/Newbury Racecourses 35 miles.

Cosy converted barn in a beautiful village in the Cotswolds. Peaceful and private, The Lodge has just been renovated to create the perfect place to escape and unwind. New high spec bathrooms and bespoke kitchen with brand new appliances and underfloor heating on the whole of the ground floor. Two lovely bedrooms in the eaves, one with ensuite shower room, king size beds, ELLE Decoration pillow top mattresses, Egyptian cotton bedding, fluffy towels and black out blinds.

Private self-contained annexe renovated to a high standard in 2023 in an Oxfordshire village on the edge of the Cotswolds. An ideal base for exploring Oxford, Blenheim Palace, and the Cotswolds or for working in the Oxford area. Cherry Nook has its own entrance and private garden and is set back from neighbouring buildings giving a lovely, private feel, and plenty of space for a longer stay. PLEASE NOTE: narrow access, restricted height in bedroom - see photos.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Charming Charlbury Cottage set in Idyllic garden

Our comfortable and spacious guest house is tucked away on a quiet private road in the heart of the picturesque market town of Charlbury. Just a few minutes’ walk from charming local pubs serving delicious food and drinks. A perfect base for exploring nearby villages and Cotswold attractions, including Soho Farmhouse, Diddly Squat Farm, and Daylesford. Only a 8-minute walk to the train station, with direct mainline services to London Paddington.
