You'll love this unique and romantic escape. Nestled in a little Oasis in Northampton, this is the perfect place to unwind! Designed with comfort in mind, this handmade Shepherds Hut comes with air fryer, log burner, dining space, private decking and garden and fully operational bathroom with lovely hot shower! We are 15 mins from Silverstone.

A great base for relaxing & visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Diddly Squat Farm Shop & The Farmer's Dog, Blenheim Palace or Bicester Village. Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

Light & airy detached loft style accommodation. It has a double bed, small kitchenette with toaster, kettle, complimentary tea/coffee/milk, WiFi/Smart TV. The shower room has underfloor heating with hand wash & towels provided. Complete with off road parking. An ideal base for visiting the Cotswolds, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace, Oxford and Bicester Heritage. Please note that the ceiling above the bed is sloping and although not steep, you will need to watch your head.
