Our home is a 3-bedroom home, based in a hilly suburb. Your breezy room has a king single bed, fan, air conditioning, hanging space and desk and chair. It is clean and cool. A pizza restaurant is at the bottom of our street. A 5-min drive to Prince Charles Hospital, a 30-minute bus-ride into the city, or a 20-minute drive to the Brisbane airport. We are near to bus stops and a 15-minute walk to Stafford City Shopping Centre. We are a relaxed and friendly couple.

The property is located in a fairly quiet and family orientated street. The unit is on the same property as the main house and is a generous size approx 70sqM. The house and unit are separated by a breezeway. The unit is your own private space and has a small kitchenette and various appliances. You'll have access to the pool (un-heated) and BBQ area as well. I ask that you please limit guest numbers (if at all). My interaction will be fairly minimal.

The guest house is a fully self contained studio room under our family Queenslander house. You will have the studio room all by yourself. It has everything you need from a short stay to a long term stay, whether you work, study or just leisure travel. It’s conveniently located in the heart of Hamilton! Disclaimer: there will be some noise coming from upstairs through the wooden ceiling: in the morning between 6:30-8:30am and afternoon evening 3-9:30pm.
