You will be very welcome to stay in our brand new and beautifully renovated compact and bijou tiny home which is in an easy walk of Cheltenham Town Centre and the Racecourse. We have created a gorgeous space to the rear of our family home that is completely self contained with its own entrance. Studio 77 comprises of a king size bed, kitchenette area, small seating arrangement and a good sized shower room. There is a small private patio area for guests to enjoy on a sunny evening.

Little Portland is a central 700 sq ft self-contained Grade-II apartment moments from the heart of town & Pittville Park (a historic area, with two lakes, cafes and a kids' play area). People come to visit the town, races, festivals or Cotswolds. Parking centrally can be tricky so we offer guests two free parking permits. You'll also receive a food hamper with pain au chocolat, fruit, milk & juice. All the income we earn from the Airbnb supports a peace building charity we run.

We love to welcome guests to our home and offer a large self-contained Lower Ground Floor 1 bed apartment, with its own front door, allowing guests to come and go as they please. The property has a kitchen dinner, with microwave for convenience. A large sitting room with 42” TV. There is also a log burner which guests are welcome to use. The bedroom has a new Hypnos mattress. Relax in our lovingly-converted dairy on our small working family farm overlooking Cheltenham. Superb views and sunsets from the quiet and private accommodation. Meet our alpacas, donkeys and pygmy goats and enjoy our free range eggs. Walk in our 80 acres of natural hillside, see the wildlife and enjoy the scenery. We are near the Cotswold Way, GWSR Steam Railway and Cheltenham Racecourse, and approx. 2 miles to the centre of Cheltenham - the heart of the Cotswolds.

The Garden room has its own front and back door, and access to a lovely south facing garden. It has a kitchenette and en suite. It has a very comfortable king-size bed. We are 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre and have views onto Cleeve Hill the highest point of the Cotwolds. There are good local pubs, a national award winning fish and chip shop and a supermarket all nearby. Perfectly situated for all Cheltenham festivals.
