Bienvenue dans notre spacieux appartement ensoleillé de 3,5 pièces. La terrasse de 13m2 est exposée plein sud, et offre une vue imprenable sur les Alpes vaudoises. Il est complètement meublé et peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes. Idéalement situé, l’appartement est très proche des commerces et restaurants. Le centre du village se situe à 5 min. à pied et un bus gratuit est à disposition pour vous emmener, en 3 minutes, au départ de la télécabine. Un train à crémaillère relie Leysin à Aigle.

Ancien mazot plein de charme, tant pour une familles, un couple ou entre amis! Situé à 1'600 mètres d'altitude, le long de la route du col de la Croix côté Diablerets, il est immergé en pleine montage. Depuis le chalet, accès direct au domaine de ski et aux randonnées de la région. Parfait pour les amoureux de la nature. En hiver, la route est fermée, l'accès se fait uniquement par la piste de luge. Il est très bien équipé. Bon repos, belles randos et jolis apéros garantis dans ce petit mazot!

Cosy apartment on the ground floor of a Swiss chalet. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room and an entrance hall. There is a hot tub in the garden surrounded by nature and beautiful mountain views. If you are lucky you can see deer and chamois in the forest below, or even an eagle! TOWELS AND BEDDING INCLUDED 😀 The ski bus stops next to the chalet, or 3 minute drive to Gryon telecabine car park. Free parking bay next to the chalet. NON-SMOKERS ONLY

Small chalet in the Alps

Chalet with a breath taking view in the Swiss Alps. Accommodation has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Sleeps up to 6 people 1 bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with bunk bed and you can sleep two in the living room. 49m2 apartment with 14m2 balcony really a great get away. Free wifi, tv, playground and parking that is located 400 meters from the chalet. All sheets and towels are included in the price. In the Winter we come and pick up your baggage with our snowmobile from the parking lot.

Piste de ski nocturne à 5 minutes à pied et 10 à 20 minutes en voiture des Domaines skiables de Leysin, Les Diablerets et Les Mosses. Une caution de CHF 300.- (espèce). On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.
