The Boathouse

We call it the Boathouse, but it could just as easily be called the treehouse. It sits just feet from a tidal creek amidst giant live oak trees. The property is in our back yard, We are a family of 5 with a dog. We have lived here since 2005 and we love James island Charleston , we built the mother in law suite to receive family. The mother in law suite is a studio that has a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen with a stove and oven. We have a dog and we keep her in our house most of the time.
