We love our home, and are now opening it up to guests from anywhere in the world who want a comfortable place to stay while visiting the Mississippi Delta. Available to our guests are a centrally heated and cooled home with two bedrooms, a living/dining room, a family room with TV and Internet, two bathrooms, a kitchen, washer and dryer, and a garage. You will be located within about a 6 block walking distance of downtown Greenwood, the Yazoo River Trails, and many homes from The Help tour. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. This apartment is 800 sq ft with a queen sized bed, full kitchen, full bath, and comfortable den with open living space.

Wonderful home located on the water at the lower lake of Sardis. There is a private dock and a boat ramp only 1 house over. Located 3 mins from the upper lake & the marina. Screened in front & back porch. Firepit in backyard. Great getaway spot! OWNERS HAVE NO ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE OF WATER LEVELS ON THE LOWER LAKE OR IF THE DOCK WILL BE ACCESSIBLE.

This basement apartment is below Oxford Treehouse Gallery in beautiful Lafayette County. It is nestled in the trees down a private drive only 6.5 miles from the Oxford Square. It has a private entrance with an outside covered seating area and access to the screened porch off the gallery.
