Rénové récemment, le gîte dispose d'une literie confortable pour vous reposer, du terrain de tennis pour vous amuser et de chemins de balade. Le gîte dispose d'une terrasse privée, avec vue sur la forêt et sur la cour intérieur avec châtelet du 17eme. Au printemps c'est la saison idéale pour écouter et voir la nature se réveiller. La Berthusie is situated at the edge of Cussac a village in the Perigord/ limousine nature reserve. Peaceful and spacious it can easily host a family of 8 and more if needed. The house is surrounded by a vast garden, fruit trees, a chestnut orchard and a lovely pond. The village supermarket is a short walking distance from the house and so are the boulangerie, a cafe- restaurant/ pharmacie and the weekly market square. The area offres Soft hills, Lakes, historical sites, walking trails.

U deelt het grote zwembad met de gasten van de vakantiewoning “Moulin Bertrand”. Naast het zwembad bevindt zich een groot overdekt terras met een landelijke kloostertafel die plaats biedt aan 12 personen.
