The main bedroom has a super king bed (or twin on request) and ensuite bath. There’s also a twin room and separate shower room. Wake to birdsong, reach the city in minutes.

We are located in a very quiet residential area of Leeds (Meanwood) with local supermarkets and cafes close by. We offer a newly refurbished self-contained flat (in our garden) with a Double Size bed, separated living room with an open kitchen, a shower room and a two seats double size sofa bed (can be opened to a double size bed), and an extra single foldable floor mattress for kids. Free parking next to our main house garden fence. Buses 10 mins to city centre, 20mins to the Uni of Leeds.
