Nebst einer vollwertig ausgestatteten Küche ist die Wohnung mit einer Badewanne, einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und einem 1.80m Bett bestückt. Fernseher mit Apple-TV Box und kostenloses WLAN sind vorhanden sowie ein abschliessbarer Skiraum.

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.

Bellissima e grande casa su due piani, nel centro storico, appoggiata sulle mura romane. Al piano terra, su un cortile, si trova la zona notte con due camere matrimoniali e due bagni, al primo piano una sala con camino, una sala da pranzo, la cucina, un bagno/lavanderia. Un grande terrazzo con pergolato affaccia sulle montagne e i campanili. Silenziosissima, grande charme.

Il nostro alloggio si trova in un tranquillo borgo di Champorcher, Verana, a pochi passi dall'imbocco per la Valle dell'Alleigne a breve distanza dal Parco del Mont Avic. A soli 2 km si raggiungono gli impianti sciistici. Il monolocale è dotato di una piccola cucina, un letto matrimoniale, un letto matrimoniale soppalcato, bagno e un balcone.
