Beautiful spot on the intercostal waterway. Watch sunsets and barges on top of the brand new 10 x 16 deck. The deck sits 10 feet tall allowing you to see everything!! Fish and crab right out the backyard.We have a private beach access less than a mile away! If you love seashells & sea glass, you will love our beach! Enjoy all of the wildlife like pelicans and all the beautiful marsh birds. The camper is a 2020 32 ft and was purchased brand new. You can also drive your boat to the camper.

Fish and crab right out the back door.There is a brand new 10 x 16 and 10 foot high deck to go out on and watch the barges, pelicans,shore birds and the sunsets! The site has a fire pit with a grill on top of it to cook on. Pull your boat up to the back of the campy.Queen size bed when you are ready to turn in!

You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place . You are walking distance from the beach. This camper is a brand new 2022!!You have a very large yard on the canal where you can fish and crab. The beach is a mile down the road and there is access to a private boat ramp. The camper has 2 air conditioners. The RV site is covered and on a large concrete area. The cover will provide shade during the Texas heat and also from any rain!
