La casa del Colle

E' una delle due unità abitative di un tipico casolare marchigiano caratterizzato da mura in mattoni, pietra a vista e travi in legno. Si trova all'interno del borgo, alla fine di una strada a fondo cieco. Il relax è assicurato. L'ingresso è indipendente su piccolo giardino ad uso esclusivo dell'appartamento. Dalla veranda si accede all'interno della casa, composta da cucina, camera matrimoniale e bagno. Gli arredi moderni si sovrappongono allo stile tradizionale creando un fascino unico.

If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.

Facilmente raggiungibile in 15 minuti Fabriano, in 20 minuti le splendide grotte di Frasassi, in 30 minuti Gubbio e in 60 minuti Senigallia o la Baia del Conero, in 20 minuti la città ducale di Camerino.
