Appartamento su due piani con soppalco e terrazzo. Si trova a 100 mt dalla piazza principale di Ceriana, borgo medievale a 20 minuti da Sanremo. Piano terra con soggiorno, cucina, due camere da letto e un bagno con doccia. Primo piano camera doppia, guardaroba, bagno con la vasca, più soppalco e terrazzo. Il borgo è pedonale con diversi parcheggi nell'intorno. il percorso a piedi è di circa 300 mt con sali e scendi. Per il trasporto bagagli è possibile chiamare un ragazzo con l'ape a 20 euro

The terrace boasts stunning views of green hills, and within a 5-minute walk, you'll find bars, restaurants, shops, and the natural swimming pool of the Armea River.

The apartment is totally renovated, light and spacious (60m2); ideal for a couple, or three to four friends.
