Επίσης υπάρχει δωρεάν Wifi καθώς και smart tv για χαλάρωση στο σαλόνι. Υπαρχει καθαριότητα κάθε τρίτη μέρα και το κτηριο διαθετει κλειστο γκαραζ.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη κατοικημένη γειτονιά στο Αργοστόλι, κάθετα στην οδό Δεβοσέτου και δύο τετράγωνα ανηφορικά απο την Λεωφόρο Βεργωτή, ενώ απέχει περίπου 10 λεπτά από την πλατεία με τα πόδια και 5 λεπτά απο τα κτελ των λεωφορείων και 5 λεπτά απο τη γέφυρα Debosset με τα πόδια .
