There are 3 double beds, 2 single beds and a sofa bed (for 2 people). It is located on the first floor of an old building. The building has no elevator. All rooms have AC except the bathrooms. Internet, heating, dishwasher, Washing machine dryer and house supplies. Si el incumplimiento de estas normas persiste, podríais ser expulsados del apartamento sin derecho a ninguna devolución y la fianza tampoco será devuelta. - TABACO: Fumar en el interior del apartamento no está permitido, pero podéis hacerlo en los balcones del salón. - LLAVES: La pérdida de las llaves conllevará un coste de restitución de 30€. - DAÑO O PÉRDIDA DE ELEMENTOS DEL APARTAMENTO: Si ocurriera, por favor avisad para que podamos anticiparnos y reponerlos para la próxima estancia. Si se rompe algún elemento de poco valor y dentro de un uso normal, como un vaso, un plato, etc... no deduciremos nada de la fianza, pero por favor avisadme para poder reemplazarlo para los siguientes huéspedes. Cualquier otro tipo de pérdida o rotura conllevará una deducción de la fianza equivalente a su valor de reposición. If this problem persists, you will be expelled from the apartment without the right to any refund for the time not used and the deposit will not be returned. - KEYS: The loss of one of the keys will entail a restitution cost of € 30. - TOBACCO: Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, but you can do it on the balconies of the living room. - GARBAGE: Take out the garbage when necessary, please do not let the garbage mass up in the apartment. - DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ELEMENTS OF THE APARTMENT: If it occurs, please let us know so that we can solve the problem for the next stay.
