Welcome. My place is a quiet and secluded retreat, an easy ten minute drive from the centre of the city. Situated in a tree filled suburb at the beginning of the magnificent Otago Peninsula area. The annex is private from the main part of the house with its own entrance and suits one or two people. The garden is a work in progress, depending on the season, with a sheltered, sunny courtyard for your use. There is a small outlook over the harbour water, giving you a glimpse of the city and hills.

Stylishly renovated in Roslyn, this two-bedroom, north-west facing 1950s house captures the sun. Sit on the deck, look out over the luscious garden, and watch the sunset. There is a restaurant, two cafes, pizzeria, and Chinese takeaway in Roslyn Village as well as a supermarket, pharmacy, barber, hairdresser and nail salon. All just 5 minutes walk away. My place is close to the city and University with a great panorama of the surrounding harbour, hills and ocean. Restaurants and cafes are all within a short walking distance, only a 5 min walk to the main street of Dunedin - leave your car in the onsite car park. You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, heat pumps, tv and wifi.
