Enjoy a morning coffee watching the sunrise on the porch, an evening watching the sunset, and stargazing by the campfire making s’mores. Conveniently located 15 minutes from Cortland, 30-40 minutes from Skaneateles, Ithaca, Syracuse, Auburn, and 50 minutes from Binghamton. This is a great place to unwind after exploring Central NY.

Charming 1830s farmhouse. Conveniently located between Ithaca and Geneva. Trumansburg is a short 10 minute drive with access to restaurants, bowling, and cute little shops. Close access to waterfalls, hikes, cideries, wineries, breweries, restaurants and more. We raise sheep on pasture and grow shiitake mushrooms in the woods. We have fruit trees and a small garden. The house is very spacious, with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space to hang out, cook, and play games.
