New secluded beach front property with 4 ensuite studio queen rooms on the northwest side of Caye Caulker. Just 1 mile north of The Split by foot or bike, or a 5-10 min boat ride if you prefer to arrange direct transportation to the property! Caye Caulker Hut @ Sue-Casa

Unwind at a peaceful oasis. The Hut is located on a large beachfront property with a sun deck on the ocean, a large pool with a sun deck, and has an elevated deck for views. The stand alone cottage is set back from the water in a private fenced property with only a couple of other units. It has a private bedroom with a queen bed and a double futon in the living area. It has a cozy living area/kitchen with all the basics. Nice cold ac and toasty hot water shower. 12.5% tax collected on arrival.

Gumbo Limbo - SEA-ESTA Studio apartment

Best outdoor living! Peaceful Studio with ocean view on the reef side. Have coffee or a cocktail on the veranda with the Caribbean breeze while watching the turquoise water. This rental is not oceanfront, but you will have beachfront access through the hotel property next to us. Rik's Getaway Cabin (M- Bassy Caye Caulker)

A peaceful tiny home made for just 2. My home is located on the south end of the island and there is a supermarket right across from the home which is perfect to buy your drinks and food. There are a few restaurants within a 15-minute walk from the home. The home is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the center or I can arrange for taxi to take you there. It is a 1.5 mile walk so do be prepared to walk. It is safe to walk. I built this for when I want to get away from Belize City so enjoy!

This wee cabin is bright & cool, located in a quiet residential area of Caye Caulker on our tree-filled property. Equipped with coffee/tea facilities, mini fridge, A/C, fan, hammock, WiFi, unlimited drinking water, Smart TV w/ Netflix logged-in, and best of all - BIKES included! BBQ grill & picnic tables in the yard which is shared with us and any other guests. We have five rentals on our property. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.
