"Casa Morenica" è uno stabile del 1900, situato a Montalto Dora, sulla via Francigena, a 2km da Ivrea. Ristrutturato nel 2023, composto da due stanze separate, adibite ad affitta-camere. Dista circa 50km da Torino e 60km da Aosta. Raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Ivrea, in 30 minuti e 15 in bicicletta.
