Welcome to our stylish and cozy one bedroom apartment located in New Gudauri, Loft 2, room 205. This brand new residential complex is located in the very center of Gudauri and is developed by RED-CO. The private Ski depot as well as the 24/7 reception and free public parking are available on site (reservation is not needed, however parking spots might be full on weekends). Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.
