Two-story private house with grapevine-covered courtyard in the historic part of Tbilisi's city center. Open plan kitchen and living area, upstairs bedrooms, and large outdoor veranda make it ideal for a family or couples. Our house is conveniently located in the very center of the city. Five minutes walk to Rustaveli Avenue (main street with museums and cafes) and the metro. Two minutes walk to the Old City, the touristic center of Tbilisi. One minute walk to a large Carrefour supermarket.

Welcome to our dream house

Welcome to my safe haven, just a few minutes away from Old Tbilisi. I am happy to share my home, pool, garden, with 3 large bedrooms ready for traveling couples or individuals. You have a private bedroom with a clothes rack at your disposal, with shared spaces including a bathroom, shower-room, kitchen with appliances, a dining and, a living room with a large TV (Netflix and Gaming offered). Linens and towels are provided - all you need to do is to drop your suitcase and do your thing!

Ateshgah Residence, Old Tbilisi

Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

Artistic feeling Home

Our apartment is located in the very center of historical part of Tbilisi. We are on the first floor of the famous Georgian painter´s, Elene Akhvlediani museum. The interior of the house is in an authentic Georgian style, following steps of our ancestor who was a painter as well.In a pergola outside you will be able to chill out tasting our family made wine from our eco clean vineyards. According to COVID-19 our dear future guests, be informed,our house is totally isolated. You can enter through garage with your vechile or through isolated entrance.All the safety tips and tricks are well used.So, please feel safe at our place and enjoy your stay! Private house with beautiful garden is located in one of the prestigious part of Tbilisi - Vake. Famous Vake Park is located from 750meters from the house. House is perfect for big groups and for nice family trips.

Our house is near the wood, (but It's 15 minutes from the centre by walk). So, you can feel cool and fresh air. From the balcony, you can enjoy the picturesque view of Caucasian mountain range. Our house is perfect for anyone who wants to discover traditional atmosphere of Georgia, feel relaxed around the forest of pine, and enjoy big garden with nice flower-beds and vineyard. We can offer to taste delicious Georgian wine.

Welcome to our apartment .It is nestled on a no-through road in cosy yard. Apart is only 1-2 min walk to the city center , shops, restaurants, parks, tourism center. Its the historical area of the city, only 150 m from Colchis fountain. For my guests I can organize car renting, also can provide some trips by car. and can pick up from the airport anytime.

House is located in a quiet district of central Tbilisi, Sololaky. 10 minutes walk from Freedom Square and Close to the botanical garden. It's very comfortable for having leisure time as well as for working from home. House has a quiet inner courtyard where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or work in the fresh air.
