As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

The apartment is located in the center of the historic district, on a very beautiful old street. You will stay in a quiet, typical Georgian courtyard and can enjoy the view from the balcony. The house is old but fully renovated and designed by me. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a full bathroom (7 sq. m). The apartment offers self check-in. Toilet and bathroom is in the cabin now and you don’t go outside.Parna Cottage is a traditional wooden house in Samegrelo. One of the oldest buildings in the area, the house is 127 years old. Once you enter our cozy balcony and begin to take in the view, you will gradually get that special sense of joining the tradition and the natural world.
