Inspired by Chip & Jo, this is an updated camp house, filled with antiques and farmhouse decor reclaimed from the property and surrounding areas. Perfect place for a weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of Houston or Austin, and a great base camp to hit up Round Top weekends and/or all that Austin County has to offer. And in the springtime, come stay amongst the bluebonnets. They cannot be beat!

Bellville Farm House

Nestled on 5 acres just outside of Bellville, this sprawling property is your own private oasis, perfect for family getaways or a peaceful retreat with friends. This hidden gem boasts three unique dwellings, each offering its own style of comfort. The main house, features 2.5 baths and sleeps up to 6, 2 queen bedrooms and a queen sofa bed. Offering a large pool for a refreshing dip or an afternoon lounging in the sun. Check in at around 3 pm and depart at 11 am, unless requested.

sunnybrook farm

A three-bedroom 2-story house located just a couple of minutes from downtown in a secluded neighborhood with a farm setting. The house is situated on 12 acres with a pond, horses, and other very friendly farm animals around. Fresh eggs are available for breakfast. All pets are welcome, including horses. The house has a farmhouse/lodge decor with queen beds in each room, a sofa bed in the living room and additional sofa bed, day bed and trundle bed. Children are welcome.

The Pink Tractor Farmhouse

This darling well appointed 1940's farmhouse is located just outside of Sealy, TX off of I-10 and Beckendorff Road. Gaze at the gorgeous sky from one of the two porches or by the firepit, play board games or take a bubble bath and relax. Holland House

Holland House, a building filled with character and charm built in 1877; one of only a few that survived the hurricane of the 1900's. The unique twist of the building is what we fondly refer to as "character". Located on the square, a private brick paved courtyard has large oak trees to unwind or simply enjoy the quiet that our small town has to offer. Shops and dining are within walking distance. Rock the Country is just 1.4 miles and a short drive.

The Roost

Escape the hustle and bustle and find your peaceful sanctuary at our charming country cabin. Tucked away amidst breathtaking scenery, this is the perfect place to disconnect and recharge. The cabin itself is a cozy retreat, designed to be eye-catching and welcoming, making you feel instantly at home. We have an additional cabin next to this one for rent also! The cabins are on a hunting preserve and bird farm.

The Goebel House

The Goebel House was built in 1921 by the Gus Goebel Family. The current owner is also a Goebel and considers the house family. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and an open concept living, dining, and kitchen. Includes a back yard patio and large covered front porch. Nestled near downtown Bellville, Texas, The Goebel House is 20 minutes from Brenham and 35 minutes from Round Top.

1916 Farmhouse at Mill's Creek

Relax and unwind at the 1916 Farmhouse on Mill's Creek. Enjoy the view of the 13 acres of the Sealy countryside. Mill's Creek runs along side of the Farmhouse. Bring your fishin pole. The Farmhouse is located halfway between Sealy and Bellville. These cute little towns have some yummy mom n pop restaurants and unique shops to explore for antiques.
