La struttura, completamente ristrutturata e arredata con cura, è composta da due camere da letto, un bagno, un soggiorno-cucina con divano letto e una veranda vista mare. È dotata di parcheggio privato. Sky and Sand Apartment is an ideal home for those who love sea and nature. Situated among the golden sand dunes with a sea view, it is the ideal place to spend a nice holiday in total relax and peace. From here you can admire stunning sunrises and amazing sunsets. The apartment is completely refurbished and furnished with care. It is consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, a terrace with sea view and a private car park.

Seabreeze - Breathtaking view of the sea & Ortigia

Seabreeze is on the water and you can swim right below the flat. A view of Ortigia, only 20 min by foot. The only noise you hear are the waves. Early birds will enjoy beautiful sunrises or relax after a day of sightseeing on the balcony sipping an aperitivo. Art and culture, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are just a short distance by foot. You’ll love the place because of the views, the ambiance, the location, and the balcony. Blue Beach House, un luogo dove rilassarti circondato dalla bellezza dei suoi panorami. Siamo al secondo piano, di fronte il Faro di Punta Secca conosciuta ai più come la Marinella di Montalbano, a destra i colori della campagna con i suoi ulivi e i classici muretti bianchi di Pietra a secco, a sinistra il mare di Punta di Mola con la nostra spiaggetta . Il blu indaco caratterizza le camere e infonde un'atmosfera deliziosamente riposante e intrisa di orizzonti lontani.
