Silvia's Place is located in the heart of Cagliari, in the San Benedetto area. One bedroom for two guests with private bathroom and the other for two more guests with his own bathroom, make this place ideal for 2+2 people, and the spacious living room and the wide terrace make up for an incredible stay. Close to the local market and shops, my place is perfect to blend in with the locals, but provide you with an oasis in the sky to regenerate from everyday life, while enjoying Cagliari at 360º.

Nuovo appartamento nella centralissima Piazza Yenne ,cuore pulsante di Cagliari, per godere di un soggiorno immersi nella vita cittadina. Troverete bar, ristoranti, supermercati e le vie dello shopping appena varcata la porta di casa. A pochi passi dal porto, dalla stazione dei treni per raggiungere l'aeroporto e dei bus per arrivare in pochi minuti alle bellissime spiagge. I quattro quartieri storici, i musei e tutte le attrazioni di questa magica città sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

Piccolo attico sul mare di Cagliari, confortevole, con una terrazza su tre lati da cui vedi il mare, la laguna dei fenicotteri rosa, il profilo della Sella del Diavolo, l'alba e il tramonto. A 20 metri si trova il lungomare pedonale con pista ciclabile e la spiaggia del Poetto con i suoi chioschi. A 50 metri la fermata degli autobus ti collega al centro della città in 15 min. It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.
