Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

A-Frame Cabin

The A-Frame Cabins are situated in a quiet location on the campsite. Maximum occupancy of 2 people. Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY small-sized dogs under 10kg allowed.

A 10 min dal Lago di Braies

L'appartamento si trova a 2 km dal centro del paese di Monguelfo, all'interno di un antico maso recentemente ristrutturato. Nel periodo invernale, ottima posizione per gli appassionati di sci di fondo e di sci alpino. A 5 minuti dall'anello della Val di Casies e dal Nordic Arena di Dobbiaco. A 15 min dagli impianti del Plan de Corones e di Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 min raggiungerete il lago di Braies e Dobbiaco, in 15 min San Candido e Valdaora, e in 20 min sarete Brunico.

Our house is warm and welcoming, smells of wood, located in the heart of the city. Comfortable apartment along the pedestrian area of Cortina, on the first floor of a typical Ampezzo house from the 1800s, easy to have everything at your fingertips. It consists of a large entrance hall, living room, kitchen and dining area, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom with tub/shower. Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV, Wi-Fi, and all the necessary accessories.

Situated in La Valle, on a hillside overlooking the mountain panorama as well as the valley, the apartment Confolia 3 is located in a typical alpine residential house. The rustic holiday apartment consists of a cosy kitchen with dining table and corner seat, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Bellissimo e nuovo appartamento recentemente ristrutturato e arredato con molto gusto e cura nei dettagli. Si trova nel Residence Palace, difronte alla funivia Faloria, a 3 min a piedi dal centro. Composto da : camera da pranzo con angolo cottura, salotto con divano letto, due camere, due bagni, terrazzino con vista sulle Tofane. Finestre triplo vetro insonorizzate. Posto auto riservato all'aperto, ski room con armadietto riscaldato.

The attic is located in a quiet, panoramic area. The building has no elevator and overlooks the railway promenade. - Walking distance to center (800m), ski lifts (900m) - 18 sqm, 4th floor - Double bed (140cm) - Independent electric heating - Adjacent room for storing skis and boots - Free parking in front of the building As it is an attic, the roof is low in some areas, which may be an issue for tall people.

Apartment La Villa

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.

Comodo appartamento nel centro di Cortina

L'appartamento si trova al primo piano a 150 metri dal centro di Cortina e a due minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dallo Stadio del Ghiaccio. E' molto comodo anche per chi volesse sciare: ci troviamo a pochi passi dalla Funivia delle Tofane e a pochi minuti dalla Funivia Faloria. L'appartamento, dotato di terrazza, è confortevole e silenzioso.
